Mints: Mints of USDV incur a 0.10% addative tax and a -1 token on all mints. Example, user uses 125 USDT to mint 100 USDV, only 99 USDV will be minted to user. This -1 is integral to insuring more than 100% backing.

Redeems: There are NO fees on redeems.
